Booking

Once you’ve completed the “Get A Quote” form online, you will receive a response from us within 2 business days. We will confirm the theme, number of guests, date, time and discuss the potential configurations of the setup in your space.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, as well as a signed contract containing our terms and conditions. The balance is due on the day of your event.

Set Up

Our team will arrive at an arranged time prior to the event and setups take between 1 - 3 hours.

The setup area must be furniture-free and clean upon our arrival. Please note that we are not responsible handling furniture relocation or cleaning.

The balance is then secured and it’s time to get your event underway!

All items included in the setup must be returned in their original condition.

Pickup will occur immediately after the event.

We solely handle disassembly and retrieval, not party cleanup.

Breakdown

• Cancellations made 30+ days prior to the event date will receive a full refund of the deposit.

• Cancellations made between 15 days and 29 days prior to the event date will receive a 50% refund of their deposit.

• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will forfeit the deposit in full.

We deliver within a 10km radius of Melbourne CBD free of charge. Anything beyond that range will incur an additional fee, calculated by the km.

Safety & Cleanliness

At Be Our Guest, we prioritise your child's safety and the integrity of your home. Our furnishings adhere to the highest safety and cleanliness standards.

• The base of each tent pole is adorned in canvas as to protect your flooring and not leave dents or scratches

• Teepees are crafted using certified organic cotton, free from toxins and harmful flame retardant chemicals. Tent poles are made using FSC certified pine

• We use eco friendly, highly breathable bamboo mattresses that have an anti slip base

• Mattresses are fitted with a protective cover and cotton sheets

• Guests BYO Pillow - For hygiene purposes, we do not supply pillows to sleep on

• No food or drink on mattresses

• All linens are washed with eco friendly, non-toxic detergent that is free from allergens and suitable for sensitive skin

• All our lights operate on batteries, eliminating any potential hazards associated with electrical outlets

• We prioritise safety by excluding glass or breakable materials from our furnishings

• After every event, our rugs are meticulously vacuumed, sprayed, and spot cleaned to maintain pristine condition

• Decor and tables are cleaned and disinfected after each use

• We diligently monitor the condition of our items and promptly replace any that show signs of wear and tear, ensuring a consistently impeccable experience for our clients
